The hotel offers exceptionally comfortable rooms with particularly nice views, including a patio and a balcony. The location is marvelous, situated in downtown near a beautiful park, luxury attractions, and the river walk. Guests can also enjoy the lazy river, pool, and evening volleyball.

The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of food, everybody can choose. Our rooms were well-maintained with a pull out sofa.

Amazing options for biking, swimming, and playground. Daily s'mores and kids movie nights are a bonus. Camp Hyatt is a great break for both children and parents.

The access to the adult pool! So nice to relax in the sun and watch squirrels and hummingbirds without kids splashing and running around everywhere!

I did not like that the air conditioning in our room stopped working late at night. I woke up sweating and had to go down to the front desk at 3am to get help fixing it. They sent an electrician down to re-set it and that seemed to work. We were compensated for the inconvenience by a late checkout and having our meal from the night before comped. I was more than satisfied with the resolution to our problem.

carrying my bags and luggage to the car. tipped $40.00 for two bellmen to take luggage from car to hotel. They would not let us use a cart to take luggage from hotel to car. Had to make four trips to get luggage to the car.
